8-10 Year Olds | Strength and Conditioning
Ages 8-10 (Mondays Only at 4:30pm) – Fundamental movement skills, coordination, and foundational strength. (1x per week option only.)

This plan allows access to one class per week for your athlete. Mondays at 4:30pm. Please reserve your spot in class (early) by logging into your account through the Push Press Members App.
Classes begin Monday, March 3rd. Recurring membership charges will be billed on the 3rd of each month.

MIDDLE SCHOOL | Strength & Conditioning
Middle School Athletes (Mondays & Thursdays) – Strength, agility, and performance training. (Choose a plan for 1x or 2x per week, with the flexibility to switch days as needed.)

Led by certified coaches, these sessions focus on proper form, safe progressions, and cultivating a love for sport and movement. Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply wants to stay active, this program provides the tools they need to grow stronger, move better, and feel unstoppable.
Choose from plans that allow access to one or two classes per week.. Mondays OR Thursdays: Girls at 5:30pm and Boys at 6:30pm (you can choose from either each week depending on class availability).

Our 12-Week Strength Program at New England 360 Fitness isn’t a collection of random workouts. Every session is part of a bigger plan designed for progressive strength, mobility, and injury-free movement.
Our 12-week program begins on March 3rd. Sign up today to secure your spot based on your schedule. Choose from a minimum of 2 classes per week, 2 classes + open gym access, or unlimited access. *See schedule for class and open gym days and times.
First payment due today, following charges billed on the 3rd of April and May. No long-term commitment. This session ends the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend.

Class FAQ’s
How do I buy a membership plan?
All sign-ups and reservations are managed through the Push Press Members App. Download the app, create your account, and purchase your preferred plan.
Can I switch my class days?
Yes! Middle school athletes and adults can choose class days each week based on availability.
Do I have to start at the beginning of a session?
Yes, but only for adult training. These sessions are part of a bigger program and require a new enrollment for each session. This ensures structured progressions and better results.
Middle school athletes and younger athletes can purchase a recurring membership and cancel when seasons change if necessary. Space is limited and based on availability.
Who can attend Open Gym?
Open Gym is only available for adults currently enrolled in a class session or those working with our personal trainers.
What if I miss a class?
We offer flexibility—just reschedule in the app! Missed sessions do not carry over to the next training block.
I’m not an athlete. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, helping you build strength and confidence at your pace.
