Meet your coach
Karen Koutsavlis is the coach behind New England 360 Fitness — a wife, mom, two-time Boston Marathon finisher, and passionate advocate for helping people build strength with confidence.
With more than 20 years of experience and advanced qualifications in health and wellness coaching, personal training, and nutrition coaching, Karen combines evidence-based coaching with real-world understanding. Her approach blends strength training, nutrition, and behavioral change to help clients create lasting progress that fits their life.
Having navigated her own struggles with food and body image, Karen is especially passionate about helping women and young athletes develop a healthier, stronger relationship with their bodies — one built on confidence, capability, and self-respect rather than appearance alone.
Whether she's working with a young athlete, someone returning to exercise after injury, or an adult rediscovering their confidence in the gym, Karen creates a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged, challenged, and genuinely understood.

Girls Strength & Performance


In addition to our adult coaching services, we also offer Girls Strength & Performance classes for middle school through high school ages. These supportive small-group sessions help young women build strength, confidence, athleticism, and resilience while becoming part of a positive community that encourages growth both inside and outside the gym.
Designed specifically for growing bodies, sessions include strength training, movement development, agility work, conditioning, and mobility in a fun, encouraging environment where girls feel supported and challenged at their own pace. Whether they’re competitive athletes or simply looking to feel stronger and more confident, participants develop physical and mental strength while learning healthy movement patterns that support them for years to come.
With a strong focus on confidence, teamwork, and long-term health — not just performance — these sessions help young women discover what they’re capable of in an environment where they feel safe, empowered, and genuinely supported.
