Karen is fantastic! I have always dieted from the age of 13 and onward. I realize as I was part of the sugar challenge a lot of interesting things about why I eat and the foods I eat. Karen has talked me through some questions and struggles that I have had. We made a plan, and she consistently guided me through this plan. I really enjoy her strength training. These workouts are challenging, but fun. I didn’t feel like death after, however, I did feel like I exercised and that my body is able to do amazing things. I am post three babies. Karen’s calorie plan and exercise plan has really helped me get back on track. I feel strong and confident as I chase my three children!

I have had Karen from New England 360 Fitness as my coach now for almost two years. I met her through an at work fitness program. Before covid-19 we had weekly on-site classes then continued on with weekly zoom classes. Her classes are always fun and target all areas of the body and can be done by all ages and abilities. She offers modifications which I found very helpful as a senior. She is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition with easy-to-follow videos in exercise and even cooking.
