Small Business Saturday
Swimming in a sea of Black Friday emails with discounts unimaginable are emails from small businesses trying to catch your attention. Small businesses with as little as one employee…kind of like me here at NE360Fitness. I’m lucky to say that I’ve been in business for almost 8 years now, whoa! And in the past, I’ve offered some of those discounts. This year I’m not. I don’t want people who reach out to me for coaching or programming to ever feel like they’re getting a discounted program when it comes to their health.
During the year of the COVID-19 pandemic I’ve taken time to slow down and realize it’s important to focus on what we have, not what we don’t. So while there are no “discounts” being offered here this year, I am excited to share a few things with you.
First is that the popular online program More Jingle Less Jiggle is back! And better than ever, I might add.
I’m also offering live, online classes so you can workout with me from the comfort of your home. The December calendar of classes has posted. You can join as a monthly member for $49/month for full access to live and recorded classes. Learn more about classes HERE.
And from a personal perspective, there is a new online, intense coaching program beginning in January. I know what it’s like to be a busy professional managing work-life balance while trying to keep your health in check. Some days can be extremely difficult and the build up of stress only takes away from your enjoyment. Simply put, success shouldn’t come at the expense of your health.
