How it works:

We offer our classes/sessions in 4-8 week plans. This means there is no long-term commitment or contract, although we’d love to see you back for the next session.

Because our programs have progressions built-in, and we know the importance of deload (or off) weeks, we build them in for you. That doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t exercise on those weeks, but it means supporting your strength training with other activities that round out your whole-person health.

The best part? You have access to a coach for questions on everything progressions, off weeks, supportive exercises, nutrition, and more.

Step 1: Purchase a your plan - 2 sessions per week or unlimited classes per week.

*Youth classes have a minimum of 1 class per week.

Precision Strength

Precision Strength is the ultimate strength training class designed for busy professionals and parents who are ready to level up their strength training with expert coaching and intentional progressions. With sessions spanning 4-8 weeks and a minimum commitment of 2 sessions per week, you’ll master the most effective lifts and build a foundation of strength. All while incorporating fresh, supportive exercises each week to keep things exciting and fun.

Zen Strength

Strength in balance. Progress without pressure.

Zen Strength is the same as Precision Strength, however this unique format provides a calm approach to your strength training workout with softer music and a chill vibe. Level up your strength training with the same expert coaching and intentional progressions designed to leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

Power Hour

Ignite your core, elevate your fitness.

Power Hour is a dynamic blend of core training and conditioning to complement your strength program and keep you moving strong. This circuit-style class is designed to complement your 4-8 week strength training program, helping you unlock better movement patterns, increase stamina, and avoid plateaus.

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Empowering the next generation.

Classes are designed to help kids develop the physical and mental tools they need to thrive—both on and off the field. Through age-appropriate strength training, dynamic exercises, and teamwork challenges, participants will:

  • Build strength to support growing bodies and improve athletic performance.

  • Develop speed, agility, and coordination to enhance movement patterns and reduce injury risk.

  • Boost confidence as they master new skills and overcome challenges.

  • Foster teamwork by collaborating with peers in a supportive, fun atmosphere.

Led by certified coaches, these sessions focus on proper form, safe progressions, and cultivating a love for sport and movement. Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply wants to stay active, this program provides the tools they need to grow stronger, move better, and feel unstoppable.
