Your New Favorite Snack

I’m a professional meal planner. Part of my coaching programs is not to tell people what to eat, or to eat less oh, Hell NO! But I do teach people how to add variety to their snacks and meals by planning and preparing foods they LIKE. Shocker. Don’t take away food, instead add in more good stuff.

Case in point, here’s how I make my Roasted Parmesan Fennel. I first had this at Vetri in Philadelphia, PA and could not stop eating it. Luckily I know the chef there and was able to learn the cooking behind this amazing snack, side dish, hanger satisfier… Check it out, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
