Strong Foundation

The New England 360 Fitness approach centers on four main pillars of a healthy lifestyle: Fitness, Nutrition, Stress Management, and Sleep. Whether programs are being designed for businesses or individuals, focusing on a balance of these key areas builds a strong foundation for sustainable results that last.

The Start

New England 360 Fitness was started in 2013 by Karen Koutsavlis. With 20 years combined experience in the Fitness and Food industries, she wanted to create a business that would help people enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining optimal health. She takes a back to basics approach helping people build their success on a foundation of strength and proper movement patterns. This allows progress in a safe, effective way, without negative consequences.
