New England 360 Fitness is excited to bring you the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals no matter what they are.
You Can Do It. We’re here to help.
New England 360 Fitness was started by Karen Koutsavlis in 2013. With over twelve years of experience in the Fitness and Food industries, she wanted to start a business that would help people enjoy life to the fullest and still maintain optimal health. Through education and hands-on training of practical solutions, people can incorporate healthy habits into their current lifestyle. Bringing this knowledge to people at home and at work makes these healthy strategies more convenient and personalized.
The core of our approach centers on "Progression Without Negative Consequences." You can find programs that will help you lose weight or gain strength just about anywhere. But we help you move better on top of your specific goals. Karen is educated by science and evidence-based research and makes sure any instructor within New England 360 Fitness has access to current research and education. Karen also has real world experience with over thousands of clients in the past twelve years. The results of these healthy people only make her more excited to help you!
