New England 360 Fitness was started by Karen Koutsavlis in 2013.  With over 18 years of experience in the Fitness and Food industries, she wanted to start a business that would help people enjoy life to the fullest while maintaining optimal health.  Through education and hands-on training of practical solutions, people can incorporate healthy habits into their current lifestyle.  Bringing this knowledge to business owners, employees, and students makes these healthy strategies more convenient and personalized.  As time has evolved, the programs offered by NE360Fitness have also, and we're proud to offer the ability to access comprehensive wellness services onsite AND online.  Building a positive culture is crucial in today's business and educational environments.  Providing remote access to wellness education and quality coaching/events allows everyone be an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.

Here's a little more info on Karen and her background...  

She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sport Science.  She is a certified personal trainer, certified fitness nutrition specialist, and certified weight management specialist.  She has worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the collegiate level, and a Corporate Wellness Manager for large companies like the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.  She holds memberships with the American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and the New Hampshire Musculoskeletal Institute.  She and New England 360 Fitness have been featured in publications like The Hippo and BusinessNH Magazine, and she was a regular contributor to the New Hampshire website Stay Work Play.  She has become a frequent guest speaker/lecturer at Runner's Alley, Colby-Sawyer College, and other community organizations.  Her goal to keep kids active and injury-free has resulted in New England 360 Fitness' official collaboration with the STOP Sports Injuries National Campaign.

  • 2018 Bear Brook Classic Mountain Bike Race (3rd place age division)
  • 2019 Rebecca's Private Idaho Finisher (102 mile Gravel Bike Ride through Sun Valley)
