I was feeling very off this weekend regarding my workouts. Saturday is usually a long workout for me, about 1-1.5 hours on the bike and then a 2-3mile run immediately afterwards. This type of workout is important when training for a triathlon and honestly, I love these workouts! I’ve done many workouts whe
