It's Olympic season and I am SO excited! Most of you know I just love the Olympics and can't wait to watch Team USA go for the Gold this August! We had so much fun with the Sochi Challenge back in 2014, we've been counting down to Rio ever since. With just under a month until Opening Ceremonies, the online challenge is back and registration is open. Since we have some people who may not have joined us on the way to Sochi, it's time to share some more details about how the challenge works. As always, you can ask any questions by emailing here, sending a message through Facebook, or even (dare I say it?) calling (603.782.4999)!
Here's what you need to know:
This Challenge will run in conjunction with the 2016 Summer Olympics being held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
It is 4,893 miles from Manchester, NH to Rio. The goal of the challenge is to work as an entire group and to travel the mileage through different workouts recorded and submitted on a weekly basis.
People can sign up as an individual participant for $25.00. The challenge begins on August 5th, so be ready to go! People can sign up even after the challenge has begun, but to be eligible for prizes, you must be registered no later than August 5, 2016. There will always be motivation and tidbits of fitness-y fun before we get underway, so register as soon as you're ready!
What’s included in participation:
- Entry into the private Facebook Group - NE360Fitness Challenge
- Motivation from others within the group

It's important to note that the workouts will be delivered via email (from Challenge@ne360fitness.com), and will be posted in a Dropbox folder that you will have access to. Access to this folder is never eliminated so keep the workouts handy and continue to do your favorites even after the challenge is over. There will also be instruction on proper form, and modifications through videos and email. This challenge is for everyone - beginners to elite olympians.
